This is our last post from our fun Disney World Adventure in Florida! This was our second day at the Magic Kingdom.  How cool is that massive giant rice crispy treat?! I wanted to get it so bad but I knew I would eat the whole thing way to quick! haha  so I just got a few small ones to eat!

This day was so nice out from the rest of our trip! Most of the time the days were rainy, so the having the sun out was super nice! We wanted to make sure we ate all the ice cream and cold treats we could :)

For food, we ate at some fun places! Our first stop of the day was Sleepy Hollow.  We got a waffle with prosciutto ham, cheese and eggs.  It was fantastic!  They had a chocolate Nutella with strawberry waffle I want to try next time!

At Aloha Isle not only did they have the amazing normal dole pineapple whip, but they had an orange dole whip! We had to try it out! It was pretty dang good! It was kinda like an orange sherbet with pineapple juice! I really liked it, but I think nothing beats the regular dole pineapple whip! Oh one thing too, is they also have rootbeer floats! I thought that was pretty fun!

Of course we kept going for more ice cream so we stopped by Storybook Treats and got a brownie sundae with carmel.  It was pretty good but not my favorite treat we had on our trip.

Jakes favorite place we ate was at Pinocchio Village Haus.  We got a flat bread barbecue chicken pizza and bread sticks.  He loved it!  He wished we ate there every day of the trip :)  I thought it was pretty good, but I always go for corn dog or something deep fried.

We ended the night at Downtown Disney.  We had so much fun checking out the Lego store and seeing if it was like the Disneyland Downtown Disney.  It had several of the same shops and restaurants which was fun!  I was feeling like some chicken fingers for a late night snack so we headed to the Rain Forest Cafe for some chicken tender and some smoothies!  It was a perfect way to end the night!

hey now, you're an all-star

Anyone remember that Smash Mouth song "Allstar?" That was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw this red star wall at our Disney Resort Hotel.  haha  I used to love that song.  This star wall was so fun I wanted to make sure we got some pictures by it!  Today is all on our adventure at one of our days at Epcot!

Jake always is telling me fun stories that he remembers about Epcot when he was a little boy.  I have never been and had no idea what to expect and Jake had not been back since he was young!  We both were so excited!  Epcot ended up being both of our "favorite" park of the week!

I loved Epcot! It felt very Disney to me with lots of flowers, big entrance signs and the Space Ship Earth Epcot Ball! I loved how there were so many new places to explore and rides to ride! The World Showcase was one of my favorite spots and I wished we had more time to spend at each place! I wanted to try and eat food from each country, but there was not enough time :)

At Epcot, we ate amazing food all day long! I loved all the food, but there were 3 things that we ate that really stood out to me!  First was the Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie in France!  Seriously the most amazing macaroons, strawberry tart and sandwich I have ever had!  My mouth is watering when just thinking about them! The sandwich was on a croissant type bread, and the bacon and veggies were so fresh and yummy!  I honestly would eat here every day if I worked at the Epcot park!

My second favorite place was a in China! We got from the Lotus Blossom Cafe the Beef Noodles and egg rolls.   I was dying over how much I loved the Beef Noodles! They were so amazing!  The flavor, the tender beef and the big udon noodles were all so amazing! Plus, the noodles was big enough to split for Jake and myself! That is always a plus!  I wanted to eat the noodles for every meal, but knew I had to explore more food options at Epcot.

The last place that was Karamell-Kuche which had amazing Werthers Original handcrafted caramels!  We got a dark chocolate salted carmel and a pineapple wedge dipped in chocolate and drizzled with Werthers carmel!  There items both were off the charts amazing! The taste was so rich, but the balance of flavors was fantastic! I never knew Werthers made a soft carmel and it really was to die for!

Jake and I had a fun dinning experience at the Coral Reef Restaurant. We shared a steak and lobster tail, along with some lobster bisque soup!  At the disney restaurants the food portions are always so big, Jake and I always split our meals!  The food was pretty good, but not my favorite Disney Restaurant we have dinned at.  I am so glad we went though because the environment was what made it so fun! The restaurant has an entire wall that is a huge aquarium full of beautiful fish, sharks, sea turtles, etc.  I could have spent all evening watching all the fish swim around! It was super fun and worth the price in the end!

Spaceship Earth and Living with The Land were my favorite attractions at Epcot.  We actually rode those rides over and over because I liked them so much!  I love how they felt like old Disney but were still super fun!  On Spaceship Earth, at the end of the ride you could pick your own future with different kinds of technology!  It was so fun because they took your picture and put your face on drawings, and they looked so funny and cute! (spaceship picture above) I loved to keep going on the ride to see what kinds of future combos we could create!

Jake's favorites were the rides he remembered as a child.  He loved Ellen's Energy Adventure because all the dinosaurs were the same as when he was little and Journey into Imagination with Figment.  In a storage box Jake has a stuffed Figment Dino he used to play with when he was little, so he was pretty excited to see the Figment ride was still around.

We had so much fun at Epcot! I hope to go back again someday!
