Jake and I wore these looks on movie date night. We love going to the movies and ordering some pizza and fries from the concessions! There have been so many movies out that we have been wanting to see, so we have been trying to get to the movie theater on a weekly basis :) What have been some of your favorite movies you have seen lately?

On Sunday it was rainy out so we decided to head up to one of our favorite spots to walk around. When we got there, the rain cleared up, and the skies turned blue! It was perfect! We brought some hot chocolate and our cute new mugs we got in Storybrooke at the fish canning factory! We spent most of our time sitting by the fire and sipping on cocoa!
We keep getting glimpses of spring, and then it snows! Its been fun! As much as I love sunny weather, I am obsessed with winter and white snow so I don't mind if it sticks around!
I got this fun coat from Bernardo Outerwear. They always have super cute coats that are very warm! I have found this is the best time of year to stock up on winter coats for the next year! Winter wear is on sale and make sure to snag some goodies before your size runs out ;)

We were recently able to celebrate Jake's birthday! We got to go snowboarding, eat cupcakes and a few yummy meals ;) Jake is the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life and was so grateful we got to celebrate his birthday together.
It has begun to feel like spring around here, and then it DUMPED snow all day on Jakes Birthday! We love winter, so it was a fun surprise! It was actually snowing and so windy out, all the resorts closed down and shut the lifts. Luckily around 2pm the bottom bunny lift opened up, so we got to do a few runs down the bunny hill before the resort closed for the day.
We tried a new place out in Park City to eat at called Wasatch Bagel and Grill, no joke....best food ever! We loved everything we tried! If you get a chance to try it, go!
Hello! We took these pictures a few weeks ago but are just getting around to blogging them! The sun was shining out, all the snow melted so we thought we could get away with some spring outfits, but it was freezing out! We took pictures and went straight home to change into some warm down filled coats! hehe We are starting to get some hints of spring, but still feels like winter! Whats the weather like where you live?!
Have you ever wallpapered before?! I am not going to lie... We were super intimated to start with a room in our office. After we started applying the embossed wallpaper we picked out from Graham and Brown, we realized it was super easy to put up, especially once we got the first roll on! :) It was pretty straightforward and simple since we just had to roll the paste on the wall and then position the paper. It only took us a couple of hours to get the wall done (most of the time was just our OCD kicking in and trying to make sure everything was exactly, exactly perfect)!
The wall we chose was 11 feet by 9 feet and took about two and half rolls of paper. On the Graham and Brown website they have a calculator where you put in the measurements of your wall and figure out how many rolls you will need for the project you have in mind.
I was asking Jake how he felt about his wallpaper experience, and I was worried his reply would be.. "that was tough, or never again" kinda response, but instead it was... "I really enjoyed it, where can we add more in our home?!" I was hoping that would be his response because I had already picked out three other wallpaper patterns I'm wanting to add to our home from Graham and Brown! (one, two, three)
We really love the texture and quality and how it all turned out. Wallpaper adds the perfect touch to a room! Do you have wallpaper in your home?! Is it something you would be up for trying?

Isn't this fog amazing?! This was one of our favorite moments on our trip to Vancouver! It was so hazy out and created the coolest background! When we were driving through Hope, we saw this fog and had to pull over it was so neat!
In Vancouver we wore our Cole Haan Zerogrands for most of our trip! We loved how they were light, comfy and most importantly, kept our feet warm while we were splashing through puddles and out and about on rainy days!
When we travel during the winter we have found what shoes we pack are as important as brining a warm down-filled coat. If my feet are cold it doesn't matter what I am wearing, all of me becomes cold! I had originally brought these Zerogrand shoes to go with 2 outfits, but they were so comfy and warm, I ended up wearing them with most of all my outfits! I am excited to be able to bust them out again next winter!
