Cars Land and California Adventure

Last Friday, Jake and I got to go meet up with my mom in California and go to Disneyland and California Adventure! None of us had been to cars land yet,  so that is the first place we headed!

Cars land is adorable! It made me want to watch Cars again!

We went straight to Radiator Springs Racers. Of course at 9:45 all the fast passes were out till Midnight .... but we lucked out. The ride closed to get a car off track, so we waited in front of the sign, and when the ride opened up again, we got right on! Wahoo! I was sooo glad we got to ride it!

The Cozy Cone Motel was my favorite. We were dying at all their play on words to. If you read the signs you will see how super funny they are!

Chili cone and pretzels in a cone! Those were both AMAZING and must gets! We got an apple icey, and that was not our favorite. It tasted a little to sweet. Maybe it was the apples :)

5 and dime

Animation Studios! A must!

We did a new thing called "Dance with Disney." It was super cute! They had 7 characters come out for a dance party! They each had a little skit and show. It was super fun to go to! We danced and had a great time! You can also get pictures with all the characters to if you want!

Did some shopping after! I got 3 new disney shirts! Wahoo! Mom got matching Mickey shoes! I think everyone needs a pair! They are super comfy and cute!

Tuna got his first set of Mickey ears. Sadly they were a little to big. I guess he will grow in to them.... :)

millons of elephants!...

So not really millions of elephants, but 216 to be exact! I had no idea what kind of task I took on when I signed up to do these elephants! In this picture, it is only half of the finished elephant tubs...After the fact that they are all done, I am quite happy, but during the process what a lot of work. I was sewing 12 hour days at least for 3 weeks...my body was so sore and exhausted after. But wahoo! They are done! If you ordered an elephant, sorry it took so long to make, but its done and you should get your product this week :)

 This is trip one to the post office...my entire car was full of boxes both trips!

When Jake and I pulled up to the post office at 6am, I cant tell you how grateful I was that magically some workers happend to be there and pulled me out some big shipping baskets. Dont mind my awesome pjs I had been wearing for 3 days straight...

weekly update...

From last week, I dont have many updates. My life was elephants. and fast food for every meal.....

Tuesday I did go out and party at a blog meet up! More pictures from that to come!

Thursday at 5pm Jake and I took off for California to go to Mickeys Halloween Party! We stopped at the gas station to get treats....and of course a beanie baby to....

weekly update

Last week was a fun one! Jake left out of town Monday morning for work, and I needed to sew a million elephants this week....so it was ok :) I ate alot of shrimp burritos this week...

and cupcakes! Trying to pull some all nighters..I needed some sugar!

Wednesday, Alicia Crowley and I got to go to dinner together! Sadly Diana was not able to come, but we got to hang out with her on Thursday so that worked out just fine :) We went to Mialawies  and got a pizza to share..

and I got a thai pasta...

and we split a dessert pizza! Oh yum!

Thursday, Diana and I got to eat dinner together! That was really fun! Then Alicia came over and we all played and partied! While I cut out elephants... Diana even put bows around the finished elephants! I have the greatest friends! I love playing!

When Jake got home from DC on Thursday he brought me home my favorite cupcakes! He picked up some Georgetown Cupcakes while he was out and about! He is the sweetest! Oh YUM!!!!

Jake got a new ipod this week! He got it so he can have it for when he goes running! I am so excited for him! When he got home he was so excited to see his ipod, he started making a play list for it right away!

Tuna got a debit card this week.......he has been wanting to use it everywhere and spend money on it. He even used it to fix Jakes car shocks this week... I think we are going to have to have  a lesson on budgeting... 

This movie was Tunas first purchase with his debit card. He loves puppy dogs.

I did a book exchange and got a book in the mail! I was so excited!

Doll House Festival

Last Friday, my cute mother in law and I had a super fun afternoon together! We went to the Provo Library to go check out the Doll House Festival. The festival had lots of doll houses and goodies to buy to go to a charity to help abused girls :( It breaks my heart to even think of children being hurt. We were glad we were able to go support and see some cute doll houses!

 A christmas one! After looking at doll houses we looked around at the goodies and got a few treats!

 After my mom treated me to a yummy lunch at Station 22. I love it there! Their french fries might be my favorite thing on the menu! I got a pork, apple, cheese, grilled sandwich! I really liked it!

My mother in law got the Ratatouille Sandwhich. She seemed to really like it, except that it was a little messy.

We shared a basket of fries! Oh so yummy! I had a great afternoon with my cute mother! What a great Friday!
