Are you tired of Washington DC posts?! I only have a few more for you, but they happen to be some of my favorite places we went too! And all the food we ate! :) With being in DC for a week, and playing every day till midnight we got a lot in!  Its crazy though how much there was that we still wanted to do and didn't get done! Next trip right?

A favorite place Jake and I got to visit while we were in Washington DC is the National Botanic Gardens.  We have been here together before and loved it so much we knew we wanted to come back this trip!

Our favorite part of this garden is the second level in the green house.  Its so fun to see the plants from a different angle and feel like you are climbing the trees in the jungle.  It also makes for a fun place to take pictures!

A few weeks ago Jake and I snuck off to California for a long weekend trip! It was so much fun and much needed! We even got to spend an entire day at the beach walking around and laying out! It was heaven!

We spent the rest of our trip at Disneyland! Disneyland is one of myself and Jakes favorite places to visit if you have not noticed :) We love to spend time there eating our favorite foods and trying to find something new! More Disney pictures to come in the next week or so! Cant wait to share some of our favorite places we ate with you!

Oh, p.s how funny is that Alice and the Mad Hatter pic? Jake and I were cracking up when they walked by and got them in the photo! It couldn't of been better timing!

Can you believe summer is right around the corner?! I feel like with having winter last so long, summer pops right up! The weather gets so nice here and its dreamy to be outside!

Jake really wants to get this fun portable recored player on his list because it would be so fun to take on picnics this summer! It even comes in lots of fun colors!  We are hoping to spend more time outside this year and enjoy the outdoors!

Meadow Hot Springs is one of myself and Jakes favorite places to visit in Utah.  Recently when we drove to down to California, we stopped in Meadow, Utah to hit up the springs!  If I had to pick a favorite hot springs to visit, this would be it!  

You can drive up to the springs entrance and there is no hike to get to them! The springs do not smell like sulfar, and they are super deep and fun to swim in and explore!  And by deep, I mean DEEP! Deep enough to bring your scuba gear to go exploring in!  One time when Jake and I visited these springs we saw a group getting scuba certified!

Jake and I lucked out when we went this time and had the whole place to ourselves! We had so much fun swimming around and exploring the hot springs! The sun was out casting beautiful shadows on the water! And the clouds were amazing! It was my ideal day outside! 

If you are ever driving through Utah and pass Meadow, we totally recommend checking out these springs! They are AMAZING and worth the stop!

On a side note, if you get a chance to go and are scared of moss, bring some water shoes to wear, this hot spring is full of moss!

Jake and I recently got to attend a lovely wedding in St. George for his Cousin Liz.  It was a perfect day out to take pictures against some red rock that St. George is known for! We drove in for the wedding earlier the morning of the wedding and it was such an interesting drive from having lots of rain, tons of sunshine to overcast out! It made for a fun drive!

I was so excited to have a fun new dress from eShakti to wear to the wedding!
