We couldn't make a trip to California without stopping by Disneyland!  We love seeing the Christmas decor and just love it there anytime of the year!  They also released special addition Disneyland Tsum Tsums, so that was a real draw for us to go to the park!  They only had three of them at the Disneyland store, so we hope to find the rest on eBay or something!

Sadly though, they did not deck out Disneyland with as many christmas decorations that they normally do since it was the 60th Anniversary celebration still going on.  One thing super unique and cute they did this year though was dress up the Jungle Cruise to be the Jingle Cruise!  They did such an awesome job with it, it was so fun to go on!  We didn't expect that ride to be decked out for the holidays so it was a real treat!

We had so much fun at Disneyland it all went by too quick!  What is your favorite time of the year to visit Disneyland?  Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful weekend :)

Jake and I got to take a trip to Utah's Hogle Zoo on Thanksgiving Day!  We got there at 9am when it opened and stayed till 12:30pm when we needed to head off to Thanksgiving dinner.  It was the perfect amount of time to walk through the zoo and say hello to all the cute animals!

We made sure to bundle up since we knew it was going to be pretty chilly outside.  I forget to bring something for my head and was happy they had some ear muffs in the gift shop!  Jake was smart and brought a beanie!

One of our favorite animals we saw was the leopards.  If you wear faux fur, they love it and will pounce on the glass to come say hi to you!  Last time we were at the zoo, the cats jumped on the glass wall when they saw my coat and they did it this time too!  It is awesome!  I think they think I am an animal and want to play! hehe

We had no idea that going to the zoo on Thanksgiving morning would be the perfect time to go!  With the chilly weather, the animals were so active and were all playing outside!  The zoo also wasn't too crowded so we got a great view to see all the animals.

P.S. We decided to do a couple holiday Vlogs and we have some super fun things planned!  We were testing it out different clips and made a little video!

When we stayed at the gorgeous Four Seasons The Biltmore in Santa Barbara, they had a fun place called the Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club Pool.  Jake is such a water bug and loves to swim, so we spent quite a bit of time over there!  They have a heated pool that overlooks the ocean, a fun restaurant and lots of beautiful places to sit and enjoy the Pacific Ocean views!

The beach club had a white exterior with fun hints of pink!  It was so pretty against all the blue water and made it the perfect ambience to get a work out and swim some laps, or sit back and enjoy the great weather outside.  Even though it was the begging of December when we went on our trip, the weather was perfect during the day to swim in the water!

Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!

When we checked into the Four Seasons The Biltmore in Santa Barbara we asked the concierge what they recommend to do on an afternoon.  They mentioned that they had bikes that you could rent, so we thought that would be fun one afternoon.

It was so nice and easy to pick up bikes right at the resort and just charge the rentals to our room.  It made it easy to pick up and go, and enjoy an afternoon outdoors!  It was a beautiful sunny day outside, and was perfect weather for a bike ride.

There was a stunning bike path/trail right next to the resort.  The trail bordered with the Pacific Ocean and had stunning foliage on the entire trail.  Jake and I love to rent bikes when we are on vacation because its a fun way to get around and see what a place has to offer!  We both agreed we had never been on such a stunning bike trail!

We rode our bikes down to Sterns Wharf.  At the wharf there were fun gift shops and places to eat!  We got fish and chips for lunch and ice cream cones for dessert!  We wished we had more time to explore because on the wharf was a cute aquarium!

Also in town in Santa Barbara there was a zoo and lots of other things that looked so fun to explore!  Someday we hope to go back to Santa Barbara, go on sail boat, visit and aquarium and zoo and spend some more time in the sun!  There is never enough time on trips to get everything in!

Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you have a lovely day!

Jake and I are big fans of road trips! We love going for a drive to see the beautiful scenery!  It was an exciting time to get off before we left for Santa Barbara.

When we were getting ready to take off, a cute lady side swiped our car so we got delayed a little bit.  Luckily it wasn't bad and she was safe and we were safe too so that was all good!  I was just so happy/grateful everyone was ok, and it all ended up being just fine :) We took our car to the shop to see if it was ok to drive for a long drive, and it was just exterior damage, so we got on the road for a fun adventure!

It was snowing when we left so we bundled up in big coats.  On our drive it started to get warmer and warmer out so that was kinda fun!  It was so beautiful out, and with all the red rock, we had to pull over and take a look outside!  The blue sky against the red was perfection!

Do you like road trips? Sometimes we fly, and thats always fun, but something about being on the road can be so refreshing! Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful week!

Happy Wednesday! Hope you are having a great week so far! If you follow us on Instagram, you probably caught a glimpse of a trip we just spent in Santa Barbara at the Four Seasons!  We had such an amazing time there and wish we could have posted more pictures, so I am glad we have a blog where we can share more with you all here!

Jake had the opportunity to visit Santa Barbara before, but this was my first time!  Staying at the Four Seasons made the entire trip for us!  The property itself is so stunning you never need to leave! Plus, there is anything you could want to do right here at the Resort!  Jake and I are big fans of resorts, and especially the Four Seasons.  They make it so easy for you or your family to sit back and enjoy your time off and make the best time of your trip!

Our first day we arrived in Santa Barbara, we pulled up to the Four Seasons, and our jaws dropped just looking at the stunning location!  The blue skies, palm trees and all the greenery were the perfect backdrop to the ocean views!  We couldn't wait to explore the property!

We first got to visit the Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club which is full of private cabanas, a heated lap pool, clear ocean views,  chaise lounges and a private stairway entrance to Butterfly Beach!  We got to meet up with some friends for lunch at a restaurant there called Tydes.  The service and food was fantastic!  I got a steak salad and Jake got fish tacos!  Our friends both got burgers that looked amazing as well! P.S. make sure to try the sweet potato fries, they were a real hit!

Next we went to explore the property!  The Spanish Colonial architecture of the property was beautiful!  Everywhere you turned there were exposed beams, unique archways, hand-painted tiles, and stunning greenery that made every spot picture perfect!  We will share more with you on some fun details of the resort as we share more pictures from our trip!

At the resort, they have a botanical garden tour.  On the tour, stop #30 is a ginormous Moreton Bay Fig Tree.  The tree has these roots that are thick and visible from the soil's surface and create a really cool and unique look to the tree.  We tried to get a few pictures of tree but we could not do the tree justice!  Every angle of it had something neat to offer and it was a real treat to see!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Hope you have a lovely week!
