Happy Wednesday! Hope you are having a great week so far! If you follow us on Instagram, you probably caught a glimpse of a trip we just spent in Santa Barbara at the Four Seasons!  We had such an amazing time there and wish we could have posted more pictures, so I am glad we have a blog where we can share more with you all here!

Jake had the opportunity to visit Santa Barbara before, but this was my first time!  Staying at the Four Seasons made the entire trip for us!  The property itself is so stunning you never need to leave! Plus, there is anything you could want to do right here at the Resort!  Jake and I are big fans of resorts, and especially the Four Seasons.  They make it so easy for you or your family to sit back and enjoy your time off and make the best time of your trip!

Our first day we arrived in Santa Barbara, we pulled up to the Four Seasons, and our jaws dropped just looking at the stunning location!  The blue skies, palm trees and all the greenery were the perfect backdrop to the ocean views!  We couldn't wait to explore the property!

We first got to visit the Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club which is full of private cabanas, a heated lap pool, clear ocean views,  chaise lounges and a private stairway entrance to Butterfly Beach!  We got to meet up with some friends for lunch at a restaurant there called Tydes.  The service and food was fantastic!  I got a steak salad and Jake got fish tacos!  Our friends both got burgers that looked amazing as well! P.S. make sure to try the sweet potato fries, they were a real hit!

Next we went to explore the property!  The Spanish Colonial architecture of the property was beautiful!  Everywhere you turned there were exposed beams, unique archways, hand-painted tiles, and stunning greenery that made every spot picture perfect!  We will share more with you on some fun details of the resort as we share more pictures from our trip!

At the resort, they have a botanical garden tour.  On the tour, stop #30 is a ginormous Moreton Bay Fig Tree.  The tree has these roots that are thick and visible from the soil's surface and create a really cool and unique look to the tree.  We tried to get a few pictures of tree but we could not do the tree justice!  Every angle of it had something neat to offer and it was a real treat to see!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Hope you have a lovely week!
