Today my outfit was inspired/copied from the amazing Blaire from two of her recent looks here and here. I saw she paired her tutu with a polka dot top and loved it so much I had to do the same! I also loved how she paired her bow shoes with the tutu! So I went in my closet, combined the two and loved it! Don't you love when you see a cute look and think, hey, I have similar clothes I can combine in my closet and never thought of it! I love how seeing someone's style ideas can open your mind and help you get more creative with your own wardrobe.
Jake saw this Blazer at Banana Republic and knew he had to have it right away! Ever since an episode from last season of Project Runway, Tim Gunn had the most amazing plaid blazer on, Jake has been wanting one. He loved this one from Banana because even though it was forest green it didn't come off too Christmas-y.

I don't usually like tulle, but I think this outfit really works. I can't get over those shoes. I am not normally into more daring pieces like those, but man, those would look so neat with some leather pants... or a party dress... or skinny jeans... or...

I've tried the cheap route for red lips and it has not gone well.... MAC here I come! and Jake looks awesome in his blazer- not too christmasy at all!
