Friday when Jake got home from work, he had a present for me and said, "let's go pack, its time for a birthday weekend!" I was so excited I didn't know what to expect but knew I was in for a treat!

I opened the present and it was this beautiful new red Gucci Bag in these pictures! I was so shocked! Jake picked it out all by himself! To be honest...I have never been a big red fan, or thought I would love a red bag soooo much, but I am obsessed with it! Wearing the bag all weekend, I was shocked at how easily red goes with so many things, it really was the perfect accessory! I think I will be wearing red a lot more these days! I am so grateful my husband helps me try new things and step out of my comfort zone.

After Jake and I packed we drove to Salt Lake for a Stay-cation! We had so much fun playing all weekend eating great food at The Copper Onion, Grand America Buffet, waffles and lots of other yummy food! I had so much fun relaxing at the hotel, watching movies and hanging out with Jake. B-day weekend photos coming soon :)

These pictures were taken at the Grand America Hotel. Seriously, this is one of my all time favorite hotels.  I love how the hotel is inside and out is stunning!  The chandeliers alone are amazing, not to mention lots of the velvet walls! If you ever get a chance to stop by, I highly recommend it! Especially for Tea Time or Sunday Brunch! Its amazing!
