weekly update

This week, I did a ton of sewing! I had Beehive Bazaar this weekend, and I needed to make some stuff to sale for it! I made lots of bow ties and stuffed animals, so that was fun! It was my first time doing Beehive Bazaar and I really enjoyed it! I hope to do it again next year :)

I finally went grocery shopping Monday night. That felt great! Its been weeks since I have done that! Also, Jakes Brother Nathan and his wife Joanna got us this cool LEGO Advent Calendar! We started it this Saturday. Its fun :)

Tuna and I found this super cute Lamb Chop that is a squeaky dog toy! We had to get her! and she has a Santa Hat!

Alot of my week looked like this.......lots of late nights. Which I actually love :)

Tuesday was an exciting day all around! 1. Our christmas cards from Minted came in the mail! I LOVE them! The texture of the paper, everything! If you want one...email me your address, I would love to send you a card!

2. Our Eddie the elf came in the mail! So we celebrated and watched Santa Paws 2. We loved the movie! It was so cute! I cried a few times it was so good :)

3. Our washer and dryer came!!! And we love them! We did several loads of laundry Tuesday night and the washer and dryer worked perfect! So exciting!

4. I got to talk to my friend Jen! We have not talked on the phone for 2 years and it was so good to hear her voice! We had so much fun laughing! It was like no time had passed since we last talked ;) I found this old list we made when Jen and I went to Europe together! I miss her :)

This week Scarlett sent me this picture of her beautiful daughter wearing the booties I got her! I about died at how cute she is! So beautiful! This picture made my day!

Friday night, Jake and I got to go to Festival Of Trees with his parents! My bday present that Jakes parents got me came in the mail! Can you tell how happy I am about it?! Thanks mom and dad! Festival of Trees was awesome! I was shocked at how creative people are, and what great ideas they have!

Sunday was a great day! Church was awesome! I LOVE our ward! Everyone is so freindly, kind and welcoming. It makes me excited for Sundays! When we got home, Jake and I watched a few christmas movies, ate, and ate, and ate, and watched some more Christmas movies! Can I just say I love having a place of our own? I never minded renting. I actually really liked it, and didnt know if I was ready for a house of our own, but it is so nice to run the dishwasher or dryer whenever we want, have the tv at any volume, or not worry about waking up people when I stay up late. I am starting to like this home owners deal :) Hope you all had a great week, and a good week to come :) Happy Monday!
