Last week my old roomate Stacey James aka Stacey Janet Pants came to Utah to visit! I was soooo excited! We got to spend a day snowboarding together at The Canyons and it was AMAZING! Not only did we get some awesome quality time together, we got to do one of our favorite past times together! The mountain is never disappointing!
For lunch I got a waffle from Bruges Waffles! Oh my divine! They have a shack on the mountain where they sale them! They also have a location in downtown SLC and Sugarhouse, if you ever get a chance....GO! I love the torpedo with strawberries and whip cream! (waffle stuffed with a chocolate bar and toppings)
